K-Patents Sales and Service Training Program

K-Patents Sales and Service Training Program is intended for the sales representatives in the United States.

The program trains and qualifies participants to service K-Patents' products. The K-Patents certification provides a
documented proof that the person possesses the necessary level of expertise and competence, for instance to make service,
repair and maintenance operations, and to offer technical consultation and start-up services for customers. K-Patents
maintains a database of the certified professionals and certificate copies are available upon request.

Description of Qualifications

The training is organized in 4 modules, where each builds on the next one. Teaching methods include self-studying,
classroom oriented presentations and hands-on exercises. Also, to qualify for more complex field service activities, the person must also prove skills in practice by starting-up the
system in the field together with a K-Patents technical support engineer.
