K-Patents has released a new application note on L-Lysine Evaporation Process. L-Lysine evaporation process is the process of producing microbially fermented amino acid commonly used for a variety of industrial use, such as feed additive, food material and health supplements. L-Lysine is essential for human and animal nutrition. The lysine feed is concentrated by evaporation controlled by Sanitary Compact Refractometer PR-23-AC to ensure a precise concentrtion level is reached. The PR-23-GP is also used to control over the required grade of lysine after crystallization and before spray. Moreover, PR-23-AC controls the mother liquid feed during concentration and PR-23-GP is used to ensure the required concentration of the product before storage.
